About the chef
My fondest memories of food as a child was everyone gathering at my grandmother's house to share a home cooked meal that was made with the freshest of ingredients and lots of love. Not only did everything taste delicious, but the wonderful smells of that great food still linger in my head today.
What can be done with food is what makes cooking so fascinating to me. I love taking ordinary, simple, fresh ingredients, and using my skills as a chef, creating something delicious and nutritious. Good food should be fun and simple—a celebration of tastes.
