We want you to know that everything went very well, with seamless service by Sue, Eric & Liz.  Sue is extremely professional, Eric did a great job bar-tending and he and Liz performed unobtrusive serving, as it should be.
   As for the food, it was just delicious. (Excellent recommendations on your part.)   We've been savoring leftovers up until now, and our across-the street neighbors were beneficiaries, as well. The chicken outdid the salmon, because there were only two big pieces left. One guest was taken with the fennel & orange salad (what herb did it contain?) 
   As for drinks, we loved the white bordeaux especially.  The Bellini's went over well.  Since we have lots of peach Schnapps left, please tell me how to prepare a Bellini (proportions, etc.).
   The chocolate cake was divine.  What bakery did you say you got it from?
   It all looked so pretty, with your votives and Cyrus's flower arrangements along with the yellow & white table linens and chair cushions on the deck furniture.  But, most importantly, we lucked out:  the weather couldn't have been more perfect -- no rain and low humidity. Thanks for relieving me of all the work and for doing it so well.

Every time I think I can stump Renee McManus and Great Seasons, she surprises me.
     From gourmet hotdog carts to elegant buffets, Renee and her fabulous crews have been catering events big and small for me and my clients all over the region for 10+ years. Any promotional theme we throw at her, any venue (indoors or out), any size event, she is ready, willing and MORE than able to accommodate us. The food, the setting and the staff elicit positive comments every time and help set a quality tone for each event. Her people interact well with our guests no matter what the forum from carnivals to elegant dinner parties. Food is always abundant no matter what the count and how dramatic the last minute changes. The visual presentation is always stunning but never overwhelming and Great Seasonings works within the budget.
     No doubt in my mind, give me my choice of caterers anywhere, anytime … I would select Renee and Great Seasons…that says a lot coming from a true New York City gal. Great Seasons delivers on Great Expectations …and have I mentioned the homemade ice cream (which is especially good in a root beer float)?

Thank you for all that you did to make our wedding a day to remember. You did so much for us, from organizing the rentals, to suggesting florists, but a special thanks needs to be given for creating a meal that everyone raved about long after. The gazpacho was a great way to start a summer meal. It was perfectly complemented by the stuffed chicken breast and poached salmon. And thanks for arranging the cake too - decorating it so beautifully. It was almost too beautiful to eat but we did, and it was delicious!
     We wouldn't have made it through the day without the professionalism of you and your staff, especially the flexibility you showed in making all the last minute changes due to the weather.
     Thanks to your attention to all of the details, we were able to focus on each other, to have fun with our family and friends and to enjoy our special day. Thanks again, Renee.
